Meet the Team
Airbrush and Multi-Media, NWLA Roster Artist, Qean Ballard has painted thousands of shirts, murals and canvas paintings. His work can be seen Nationally all over the United States. Although he specializes in individual works of art, he also teaches and travels for events. His love for art started at a tender adolescent age and grew from paper to airbrush in 2008. Qean also creates, 3D prints, cartoon animations, Designs clothing not only with airbrush but with his sewing skills as well as leather accessories. Qean's airbrush style is unique to him, his ability to capture the personality of his portrait subjects goes unmatched.

At Rudeboyz Artworks, we specialize in creating works of art through our custom airbrush clothing services. Our Owner- Founder, Nicola Ballard is renowned for her exceptional artistic skill and experience. Nicola is a NWLA Roster Artist and she has created a haven where art and fashion intersect. She has implemented Private Art Classes/Art Camps, settings for children of all capabilities. She has created a safe space for artists and podcasters to create inside of our retail store and digital platforms. Her experiences ranges back over two decades in corporate arts, educational arts, marketing and advertising. In addition to Rudeboyz Artworks, she also runs sister ventures, Consult Medley, CMP , CMBR Radio Show and Love Medley Accessories, which offer a variety of stylish and unique accessories or Digital Representations of Art. Her Project Management skills, have been inclusive to both artists and enthusiast alike. She is always looking for ways to assist other artists and create a cultural awareness for her Shreveport/Bossier Community.
